How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Made for long days on the trail. The T1 is the trail shoe from Mount to Coast, a brand that focuses entirely on ultrarunning. The light LightCELL midsole and the slightly rockered sole keep your stride smooth, even as the kilometres add up.
A fit you adjust on the go. With the TUNEDFIT system of two separate laces, you adjust the forefoot and midfoot independently. You notice this most in the second half of an ultra, when your feet swell and you want a roomier forefoot without losing hold at the heel.
Durable upper and trusted grip. The woven upper is reinforced with Kevlar fibres, sheds water and dries quickly. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with Litebase and 4 mm lugs grips well on firm trails, gravel and rocky paths; for deep mud, more aggressive lugs work better.
Choose it for long trails and ultras on firm ground.
