Description

Made for speed in the mountains. The Neotrail FX.One Superlite feels remarkably light during climbs and rapid changes of pace, reducing strain on your arms over long distances. Especially during races, you notice how easily you maintain a high rhythm without the poles starting to feel heavy.

Plenty of control on technical terrain. The longer foam grip makes it easy to quickly switch hand positions during steep climbs, traverses, and short technical passages. You feel this especially when the terrain constantly changes and you want to be able to react immediately without losing pace.

Compact and quick to deploy. Thanks to the folding system, you can quickly store the poles during descents or on flat sections. The lightweight construction naturally swings along while walking, but does require careful and deliberate use on rougher terrain.

Frequently asked questions

Which pole length do I need?

Hold the pole upright with the tip on the ground: your elbow should make roughly a right angle. On steep climbs a slightly shorter pole often works better, on flat sections and descents a slightly longer one. This pole is available from 110 to 130 cm in 5 cm steps.

Can I fold the poles and put them in my trail vest?

Yes, the pole folds down with a push-button system to a packed length of 35 cm, small enough for the pole holder of most trail vests.

Can I use a Shark or trigger glove with this pole?

No. This pole has the Skin Strap 4.0, a continuously adjustable strap that does not work with the Shark or Trigger system. If you want to click in and out quickly, look at a model with Trigger Shark.

Is this a pole for everyday training?

It is built for speed and low weight, mainly for races and fast mountain trails. If you want a sturdy model for intensive daily use, an aluminium pole such as the Evotrail is a better choice.
