Description

Adjustable folding pole for races and fast mountain trails. The small Cross Shark grip with grip extension combines fast power transfer with the support of a walking grip. On steep or technical sections you grip higher up, so you keep more control.

Choose your own length, no fixed size steps. With the Vario system you adjust the pole continuously between 100 and 120 cm. Folded, you carry it in your trail vest, which you notice mostly on descents and flat sections where you stow the poles.

Torn between this and a fixed-length pole? Choose this pole if you want one model for different routes and gradients. It is a light race pole that calls for careful use and is not meant for daily training.

Yes, you adjust the pole continuously from 100 to 120 cm with the Speed Lock 2 Plus clamping system. That way you choose the length that suits you and your route.

How small does the pole fold?

Folded, the pole is 42 cm and comes with a storage bag.

Can I use a glove instead of the strap?

Yes, instead of the Trigger Shark Mesh Strap you can use a suitable Leki glove with a trigger system.

What is this pole designed for?

For races and fast trails on secured paths. Leki states that the pole is not intended for daily training, exposed alpine terrain, snow, ice or glaciers.
