Emergency blankets

Thermal blankets for trail running: peace of mind if things go wrong

You hope you never have to use it, but if necessary, a thermal blanket makes all the difference. In case of injuries, exhaustion, or extreme cold, it helps your body stay warm until you can continue or receive help.

Why a thermal blanket? (instant heat retention)

Unsure if it's necessary? You cool down quickly when stationary, even in mild temperatures. A thermal blanket reflects your body heat and helps prevent hypothermia—crucial in emergency situations.

Mandatory during races (and smart outside of them)

Many trail races make a thermal blanket mandatory. But even outside of races, it is a logical choice: lightweight, compact, and potentially life-saving.

Ultralight & compact (no excuse not to take it along)

Thermal blankets often weigh only a few grams and fit in any pocket or jacket. You don't notice you have it with you—until you need it.

Ease of use (quick to deploy)

Unfolds in seconds and wraps around your body. Combine with dry clothing or a jacket for extra effect.
