Targeted support for pain complaints. The insole supports the arch and keeps the heel more stable during running and walking. This can be beneficial for complaints around the heel, sole, or arch, including plantar fasciitis.
Cushioning without a soft, loose fit. The sole absorbs load while the foot remains supported. You notice this especially when fatigue during longer training sessions causes increased sensitivity under the foot or around the heel.
The support is adjustable. With the removable heel stabilizers, you can determine how much stability feels comfortable. Choose this insole if you are looking for more support; for persistent or increasing pain, professional advice is wiser than simply using a different insole.
