HOW TO USE RECOVERITE

Application

Mix 1 spoon of Recoverite with 125-250 ml of water.

Use immediately after training and competition to optimize recovery—glycogen replacement, electrolyte replacement, and muscle tissue repair. Recoverite can also be used as a meal replacement (MVP).

Portion size

One serving is equal to two scoops of Recoverite and contains 170 calories (approx. 49 g of powder). One scoop of Recoverite contains 85 calories.

Combine the suggested amount for your body weight in 125-250 ml of cold water (or more, if desired) and use immediately after your training or competition.

As a meal replacement (MVP) product, simply use 1-3 servings (2-6 scoops) in place of a meal.

Recoverite and a solid meal after exercise provide complete recovery during the critical two-hour "unique window." Therefore, a reasonable amount of your post-exercise calories can and should come from a solid meal.Therefore, it's ideal to eat a healthy meal containing both carbohydrates and protein within two hours of finishing your workout. If this isn't possible, you can take additional Recoverite servings at a rate of 1 to 2 servings per hour until you can eat a full meal.

To use as an MVP, simply take 2-4 scoops in place of a meal. When using Recoverite as an MVP, you should replace no more than one or two meals per day.
