Size advice Compressport
First, a bit of general advice. For socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.
For compression products: If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You'll still benefit from the compression. Your muscles swell during exercise, and your size should allow for a certain margin to prevent a tourniquet effect and thus restricting blood flow.
Size charts Compressport
Most size charts are unisex, except for tops, where sizes differ.

Description
Description
Feels soft and light on the skin. The seamless construction prevents irritation, which you notice especially during longer runs or intensive training.
Stays cool during increasing exertion. The ventilation zones dissipate heat quickly, which you notice during tempo runs or hot days.
Moves naturally with you. The fit is snug without constricting, which is comfortable on technical terrain or when used with a vest.
Made for active use. Ideal for training and warmth, but less suitable if you need extra protection against the cold.
