How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Made for long days on technical terrain. The M1 is Mount to Coast's super trail shoe, for ultras over rocky paths, steep climbs and long descents. The JETCELL midsole gives moderate cushioning with a springy feel, without losing contact with the ground.
Grip where you need it. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with 4 mm lugs covers the whole foot and holds on rock, loose stones and wet terrain. The wide base and raised sidewalls keep your foot stable; you notice that most on descents when your legs get tired.
A fit you adjust on the go. With the TUNEDFIT system of two laces you set the forefoot and midfoot separately, handy when your feet swell over long distances. If you mostly run flat forest paths or a lot of tarmac, a more flexible shoe makes more sense.
Choose the M1 for mountain ultras and technical trails with lots of elevation.
