Two NATHAN x HydraPak soft flasks of 414 ml with an extended straw. They sit in the two front pockets with elastic cords.

Does a bladder fit as well?

Yes, at the back there is a separate compartment for a bladder of up to 2 litres. The bladder is sold separately.

How do I adjust the fit?
