Support that moves with you. The tape stretches up to 140%, comparable to the stretch of your skin. Your muscles and joints get targeted support without restricting your movement.
You notice it under long strain. On a long trail run or in a session where you keep loading the same spot, the tape stays in place and gives support. It keeps sticking when you sweat or shower and can stay on for several days.
Choose kinesiology tape if you want targeted support without compression or fixation. If you need firm fixation, non-elastic tape is a better fit. You can choose blue, pink, beige or black.
Apply to clean, dry skin, not too tight.
