Made to carry your Flow Gel. The soft Flow Bottle 300 holds a full pouch of PF 300 Flow Gel. With the scale from 60 to 300 g of carbs, you see exactly how much you've taken on the way.

Squeeze instead of suck. The bottle is soft, so you easily press the gel or drink out through the wide push-pull cap. You notice it most when you're tired and every action takes effort.
