Description

A neutral training shoe for the road. The Aero Blaze 4 Women's suits runners who regularly put in miles on asphalt, from a loop after work to marathon training. You don't need extra stability to run well in it.

Soft on landing, springy on toe-off. The foam absorbs the impact and returns part of your energy, and because the toe sits slightly raised your foot rolls through easily. You notice this most in the second half of a long run, when your legs get heavy and your push-off weakens.

Airy upper, grip on dry asphalt. The mesh lets heat escape and fits a little snugger around the midfoot, so your foot stays put. The rubber under the sole is made for hard, flat surfaces and wears slowly over many miles; reflective details help you be seen in the dark months.

Can I use this shoe for trail runs?

Only on smooth, hard paths. The outsole is made for asphalt and other flat surfaces; on mud, wet grass or technical terrain a trail shoe is the better choice.

What's the difference with the Aero Blaze 4 GRVL Women's?

The GRVL has an outsole with low lugs for gravel and mixed surfaces. This version has a smoother tread and is meant for asphalt.

Can I use my own insole?

Yes, the insole is removable, so you can swap it for your own (orthopaedic) insole. Keep in mind that thickness and shape can change the volume inside the shoe.
