Description

Simply good light. The Tikka gives a wide, even beam of up to 350 lumens. You clearly see what's happening around your feet, on the street, in the park or on a quiet forest trail. One button, so you never have to search.

Power you can find anywhere. The lamp runs on three AAA batteries, which are included. Prefer to recharge? Then put in Petzl's CORE battery. The lamp detects which power source is inside.

Small and smart. The lamp housing tilts, a lock stops it switching on in your bag, and the glow-in-the-dark reflector is easy to find in the dark. The red light won't blind your tent mate and the headband is washable.

A great first headlamp and a good backup. Running technical trails more often? Then choose a lamp with a focused beam.

How long does the Tikka last?

On 3 AAA batteries, according to Petzl: 2 hours at 350 lumens (Max Power), 12 hours at 100 lumens (Standard) and 110 hours at 7 lumens (Max Burn Time).

Can I recharge the Tikka?

Not with the included AAA batteries. With Petzl's separately sold CORE battery you make it rechargeable.

Is the Tikka waterproof?

It's IPX4: resistant to rain and splashing, but not for submersion.

What's the difference with the Tikka Core?

The Tikka Core comes with the rechargeable CORE battery and gives up to 450 lumens with it. The Tikka runs on AAA batteries as standard.
