Mount to Coast BITR H1 <tc>Men</tc>

Made for runs that don't stay on a single surface. The BITR (Believe in the Run) H1 feels particularly natural when asphalt transitions into gravel, forest paths, and light trails. The feel remains focused on smooth running rather than maximum grip on rough terrain.

You'll notice the high collar on dusty and loose paths. It closes higher around the ankle and helps keep out sand, pebbles, and other small trail debris. This is especially pleasant during longer road-to-trail runs where you frequently change surfaces.

The fit is precisely adjustable. With the split lacing, you can tighten or loosen different parts of the foot independently, while the reinforced upper provides support during prolonged use. Choose this shoe if versatility is more important than a pronounced trail character.

Do not choose deep mud or technical terrain. You need more grip and terrain control there.
