At Spanish brand Buff, almost all products are one size. For example, the neck warmers, which we often call a "Buff," are available in one size, except for children's models. Buff does use two sizes for its caps. You can find out which one you need in the size chart below.
It's best to measure your head with a tape measure around the thickest point. Don't hold it too tight.

Lightweight and breathable during intense runs. The DryFlx Headband fits smoothly around the head and moves with you without seams that can irritate. This makes it suitable for paces where a thick hat quickly becomes too warm.
Comfortable in cold weather and during exertion. The material wicks away moisture quickly, while your ears and forehead remain protected from cold air. You will notice that heat and perspiration build up less quickly, especially during climbs, tempo blocks, and longer trail runs.
Choose it for active use. The reflective details aid visibility during dark morning and evening runs. If you are primarily looking for maximum insulation during walking or very easy training sessions, a warmer headband makes more sense.
Suitable for cold weather with high exertion.
