Drink quickly without stopping. The flasks can be taken out of the holders with one hand, while phone and Nutrition stay reachable. You notice this especially later in a long run, when efficient drinking and eating require more attention.

Choose it for light packing. The belt works well if you want to carry more than in a handheld, but don't need a full trail vest. On technical terrain, a vest can be more stable and practical.
