Description

Zero drop with cushioning. The Pursuit 3 has no height difference between heel and forefoot: you stand level on 28 mm of ZipFoam. You run more naturally and more from your forefoot, while there's enough cushioning for longer trail runs.

Grip in mud and on wet stones. The Vibram Megagrip outsole has coarse, widely spaced lugs that shed mud and snow well. Especially on wet, slippery descents you notice how much hold that gives.

Plenty of room in the shoe. The toe box and midfoot are roomy, nice with wide feet or feet that swell on long days. If you have narrow feet, the midfoot can feel a bit loose. New to zero drop? Build up gradually: your calves and Achilles tendons get more work.

Choose it if you want to combine zero drop with grip on rugged terrain.

Topo Athletic

Topo Athletic: Natural Motion and Comfort for Trail Runners

Topo Athletic is known for its trail running shoes that support the natural movement of the foot. This innovative brand designs shoes that perfectly match the biomechanics of trail runners, and Trail.NL we offer a selection of these high-quality and comfortable shoes.

The shoes of Topo Athletic are designed with a spacious toe box, giving the toes more room to spread. This provides better stability, balance, and a natural fit, even on technical terrain. The low heel-toe drop (typically between 0 and 5mm) promotes a midfoot or forefoot landing, which reduces stress on the joints and ensures a more efficient running style.

Topo Athletic uses lightweight and breathable materials, ideal for long distances and intense trails. The shoes offer excellent grip and support, allowing you to confidently explore a variety of surfaces. This combination of breathability, comfort, and a natural ride makes Topo Athletic an excellent choice for trail runners who demand the most from their equipment.

Bee Trail.NL We're happy to help you find the right Topo Athletic trail running shoes to maximize your performance and running comfort, mile after mile.

Frequently asked questions

What does zero drop mean?

The heel and forefoot sit at the same height (28/28 mm). That makes it easier to land on your midfoot or forefoot. Your calves and Achilles tendons work harder, so build up gradually if you're not used to it.

How much does the Pursuit 3 weigh?

About 300 grams in men's US 9.

Does the Pursuit 3 have a rock plate?

No. Protection comes from the ZipFoam midsole and the sturdy outsole, which keeps the shoe flexible.

How does the Pursuit 3 fit?

It fits true to size: take your usual running shoe size. The toe box and midfoot are roomy; if you have narrow feet, lace it a bit tighter.
