You notice it most when you're out for a long time. On a three-hour long run across the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or an easy trail in the Eifel, you don't have to think about when to eat. Just keep taking sips and your energy stays topped up. It's also handy on race morning when you want something light to drink before the start.

The dose is deliberately moderate. You don't need it for a short run, and for very long, tough races it's not enough to rely on alone. You'll still need gels or bars then. So try it out on a long training run first.

Smaak is prima en vriendelijk voor buik maar drinkmix lost moeilijk op.

Smaak is prima maar heb probleem dat de drinkmix slechts maar deels moeilijk oplost. Gebruikt tijdens ultra met koude temparatuure en verschillende toepassingen gebrukt om de drinkmix eenvoudig te laten oplossen maar niets hielp. Thuis op voorhand mixen is eenvoudiger om mis op te laten lossen. Qua maag en energie, geen problemen en geeft voldoende energie.
