Description

Dry feet on long hikes. Thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, rain, puddles and wet grass stay out while your feet can still breathe. Together with the leather upper, that makes it suitable for hikes and multi-day trips in changing weather.

Lots of cushioning and grip on every path. The thick midsole absorbs impact during long days, and the Vibram Megagrip outsole holds on wet rocks, mud and loose stones. You notice this especially at the end of the day, when your legs are tired and your foot placement gets less precise.

Low-cut and free around the ankle. You get more freedom of movement than in a mid-cut shoe, but also less support on heavily loaded trips or with ankles that roll easily. In warm weather a waterproof shoe can also feel warmer than a mesh shoe.

Choose it for wet hikes where comfort and grip matter more than ankle support.
