How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Stays comfortable on long runs. The breathable stretch fabric feels light and prevents heat from building up around your ankle. On warm days or long climbs, that keeps it more comfortable than thicker gaiters.
Practical on technical sections. The strapless design makes it easy to change shoes or socks without undoing everything. Especially in wet or muddy ultras you notice how handy that is when you want to move on quickly.
Do you mostly run on easy paths or short loops? Then a gaiter like this adds little.
