Description

The mask feels thin and supple and fits nicely around your face. The mesh panel in front of your mouth lets air through, so breathing feels less stuffy than through a closed neck gaiter. Because you choose from two sizes, it fits well without squeezing.

It works best on cold, dark days. Think of an evening run through the city, an early session along the river or a winter trail where the wind has free rein. You notice it in the first cold kilometres: the air you breathe in feels less sharp and your cheeks and nose stay warm. As soon as a headlamp or car light hits you, the reflective material lights up.

Unsure? Look at how hard you run. At high intensity you want to breathe freely, and you'll soon pull the mask down. In severe frost a thicker neck gaiter or balaclava is warmer. If you mainly run easy in the cold and dark, this is a smart addition.
