Description
Description
Takes up hardly any room when folded. The bowl is 13 mm high when you fold it flat, so it fits against the back panel of your pack. Unfolded it is 55 mm high with a diameter of 130 mm.
Works for hot and cold food. The material (silicone with ABS) is suitable for temperatures from -10 to 100 °C. You notice that with porridge in the morning, a cup of noodles or muesli on a multi-day trip.
Fits with the Instinct Spork. Together they make a compact eating set of about 66 grams that creates less waste than plastic disposable cutlery and containers.
Unsure? Choose the bowl for trips where you really eat. If you only need a cup for a race, a Soft Cup or Race Cup is lighter.

Why Instinct?
Why Instinct?
Somewhere around kilometre thirty you want to reach your food or your phone without taking off your vest or stopping. That is exactly why we carry Instinct at Trail.NL.
The French brand from the Alps makes trail vests, packs, quivers and bottles that sit high and barely move. The range runs from a minimalist vest for a marathon to a 40 litre pack for multi-day trips, for ultras and long days in the mountains.
For us, Instinct is above all a well-thought-out choice: plenty of storage within reach, an adjustable fit and gear designed for long distances.
