Compact while running. The narrow, soft shape fits well into tight trail vest and running belt pockets without taking up much space.

Quieter as the flask empties. It contracts as you drink, leaving less air and movement behind. You will notice that less water sloshes around, especially during descents and longer runs.

Choose it for minimal size. The sealable cap helps prevent leaks when you wear the flask in a vest or belt, but the compact design is less suitable if quick and generous refilling is more important to you. So break your hydration tabs in half ;)
