Drink without squeezing. You fit the straw on your soft flask and twist the mouthpiece open. That way you drink while the flask stays in the pocket of your vest.
Cut to length. You trim the straw to the length that suits your flask and your vest. You notice this most on long runs, when you take lots of small sips without stopping. You get two, so you have a spare right away.
Mind the opening. The straws fit soft flasks with a small opening. If your flask has a wider opening, this straw will not fit and you need another model.
