How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Confident on technical ground. The Vibram Megagrip outsole grips on wet roots, mud and rocks, and the stable fit gives control on descents and uneven paths. Especially on long distances or when your legs get tired, you notice how cushioning and grip work together to give you confidence.
Natural and roomy feel. The roomy forefoot lets your toes spread, which is pleasant on long trail runs. The zero drop foot position gives a stable ride on climbs and descents.
Choose the Timp 6 when comfort and grip matter more than a light or direct feel. For short, fast races a lighter trail shoe suits you better.
