Description

Dry feet on wet trails. The Lone Peak 9+ GTX has a waterproof GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane that keeps water out and still breathes. That lets you run comfortably through wet grass, mud and puddles in autumn and winter.

The familiar Lone Peak feel. You stand zero drop with plenty of room for your toes, so your foot can move naturally. You notice it especially on long days and on descents, when your toes would otherwise press against the front.

Grip and protection for varied terrain. The Vibram Megagrip outsole inspires confidence on wet rocks and slippery forest paths, and the StoneGuard protects against sharp stones. The GaiterTrap makes it easy to attach a gaiter.

Choose it for wet weather and long hikes. In summer or on dry trails, the regular Lone Peak is more breathable.

How does the shoe fit?

True to size in length, with a roomy toe box. Take your usual running shoe size.

What does zero drop mean?

Your heel and forefoot sit at the same height. If you're used to more drop, build up slowly so your calves and Achilles tendons can adapt.

Can I attach a gaiter?

Yes, the shoe has a GaiterTrap at the heel where you attach a gaiter.
