A forest run is a running competition through the woods of Beek. The surface is unpaved and the course covers hilly terrain. A forest run is held over two Sundays. A separate ranking is made for each Sunday. The winter forest run is held over two Sundays, so there's an awards ceremony each Sunday. There is no longer a final ranking.
