TravelDeet protects you against European and tropical mosquitoes, biting flies, horseflies, autumn mites, sand flies and ticks. The active ingredient in TravelDeet is Diethyl-m-toluamide (DEEzT). TravelDeet is available in different compositions: gel with 30% deet or as a spray with 40% and  50% deet.  This one is extra powerful for long-lasting protection up to 10 hours.

Insects can transmit various diseases. These include malaria, dengue fever and yellow fever. It is important to protect yourself from insect bites, both during the day and in the evening, by using an anti-mosquito agent, protective clothing and a mosquito net.
