Does a full soft flask fit in here?

Yes, we use that a lot ourselves. The 500 ones fit fine. Bigger is also possible. The best one is a flat one like the Compressport Ergoflask.

Great, call

Great belt, but after intensive use and attaching poles to the back, the strap can start to slip. Bought a new one again after 4 years. Tight again…

Practical for phone, gels, softflasks

Very practical for carrying a phone, gels, and even 0.25 or 0.50 liter soft flasks without shaking much (a full 0.5 liter bottle can shake a bit). Great for races with gels. It is important to get the right size, though. Also very handy for carrying poles; easy to pack and unpack. I have been using this running belt for years, multiple runs a week. In short: highly recommended.

no-nonsense recommendation

Great replacement for my 10-year-old FreeBelt. Much more space, finer fabric, lighter. With a 500ml softflask in the front, it doesn't bounce around too much. In the back, it does. I don't know if this one will last 10 years too, given the finer fabric.

Reasonable, I see areas for improvement.

I purchased this belt recently and have already used it three times.
The belt fits comfortably with enough storage space. However, while running, I find it difficult to take items in and out of the belt. I often miss when reaching for things and cannot easily access the storage pockets. This would be much easier if there were a tab or loop on the belt; as it is, it is a bit of a struggle while running.
This review is based on my personal experience.
