Size advice Compressport
First, a bit of general advice. For socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.
For compression products: If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You'll still benefit from the compression. Your muscles swell during exercise, and your size should allow for a certain margin to prevent a tourniquet effect and thus restricting blood flow.
Size charts Compressport
Most size charts are unisex, except for tops, where sizes differ.

Description
Description
Feels extremely light and direct against the skin. The seamless construction prevents chafing, which you particularly notice during long runs or when wearing a vest.
Stays cool during high exertion. The ventilation zones dissipate heat quickly, which you notice during climbs or tempo runs in warm weather.
Moves freely without pulling. The fit follows your body without feeling tight, which is pleasant on technical terrain where you move a lot.
Made for speed and warmth. Ideal for intense trails, but less suitable for cold weather or easy runs where comfort is more important than ventilation.
