Saltstick Fastchews Electrolyte Tabs (50mg sodium)

Regular price € 4,95

Flavor: Lemon

50 mg Sodium/Tablet

Description

Easy to use while running. The chewable tablets provide electrolytes lost through sweating and are convenient when you want to regularly replenish small amounts. You do not need a gel or a full sports drink for this.

Especially useful during long and hot efforts. Think of marathons, long trail runs, ultras, and training sessions where you sweat heavily. You will notice its use particularly as the effort lengthens and fluid and electrolyte loss accumulates.

Choose them for flexibility on the go. They are practical if you want to keep electrolytes separate from your carbohydrates and drinks, so you can consume both as needed. If you already have enough electrolytes in your sports drink, extra supplementation is not always necessary.

Especially suitable as a simple electrolyte replenishment during long, sweaty efforts.

Tasty and good

Tasty and good. The Fastchews do their job and are tasty too. Not too salty and, above all, a delicious change from sweet gels. Resets the taste. Furthermore, primarily useful for electrolytes, of course.

Indispensable during long distances

Ran my King's Run today, 35km, with watermelons in my bag. Life savers! Because when the sports drink supply runs out and there is only water, these are indispensable. Plus point: nice and tangy instead of that eternal sweet stuff along the way.

Comfortable & works well for me!

I have been using Saltstick for 1.5 years now as a supplement to ensure I get enough salts before and during running. Whereas I used to suffer from muscle pain and headaches more often, I never have that anymore. So, a satisfied user here!

Sweet but works well

The Mixed Berry fast chews are quite sweet, but that is fine. As far as I can tell, they do their job. They are much easier to take with you than powders that you have to dissolve in water.

Very effective during a marathon or ultra in the heat. No cramps and you retain energy. I used this myself during a marathon in February.

Good supplement of salts

These chewable tablets have a good taste and are easy to chew. Many other brands taste a bit strange due to the salt. Preferably, pay attention to your breathing while chewing. Due to the powdery substance, it can be inhaled and cause you to cough.

Good evening,

Where in Amsterdam can I find that? Is it available in a store or a pharmacy?

Kind regards, Bert Ruysschaert
