Mixing instructions for Maurten Drink Mix:

1. Fill the bottle with 500 ml of water (non-carbonated). For best results, the water should have a mineral concentration of less than 40 mg calcium (Ca) per liter.
2. Add a portion of Maurten Drink Mix (160 or 320 depending on your choice).
3. Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder has completely dissolved.
