Does what it promises

It does what it promises; it helped me a lot with the heat and my fluid balance. Do pay attention to the dosage; you must stick to it and not exceed it. But no stomach problems with taking it.

Works very well for me

Does what it's supposed to do. Easy to take, brings balance and calm to my stomach, preventing energy from being lost to feeling unwell. Especially in the heat, great.

Top stuff

Ideal for long runs where you sweat a lot.

B
Bert (Gennep, NL)
Ideal! Easy to carry and use

I used soluble electrolytes at first, but my softflask discolored completely from them. Now I just take water with me, and during an ultra run, for example, one capsule every hour. Tasteless and provides the optimal dosage immediately. I often take another one after a run for recovery as well. Works great, top product!

Handy pouch

Fits nicely in the tights during a marathon. And it works too, of course.
