Kahtoola MICROspikes Ghost

Lightweight and direct underfoot. The MICROspikes Ghost feel less bulky than classic spikes, allowing you to maintain your rhythm better while running. You will notice that your feet tire less, especially on longer winter runs.

Made for ice and hard snow. The spikes grip reliably on frozen singletracks, wintry mountain paths, and slippery traverses where regular trail shoes fall short. During steep climbs or descents, you immediately feel more control and confidence.

Remain stable without feeling heavy. The harness fits snugly around the boot and prevents slipping during fast passages or technical terrain. The flexible construction moves with the foot more easily than traditional chain systems.

Are you torn between this model and heavier spikes? Choose the Ghost if speed, low weight, and portability are more important to you than maximum robustness for mountaineering use.
