Mixing instructions for Maurten Drink Mix:

1. Fill the bottle with 500 ml of water (non-carbonated). For best results, water should have a mineral concentration of less than 40 mg calcium (Ca) per litre.
2. Add a portion of Maurten Drink Mix (160 or 320 depending on your choice).
3. Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
4. Your sports drink is now ready to give you energy during your rides or workouts.
