Description

Provides plenty of room and comfort during long days outdoors. The wide forefoot allows your toes to move naturally, keeping the shoe feeling relaxed during long trails or hikes. You particularly notice that extra comfort when your feet swell during ultras.

Stable and reliable on varied terrain. The sole provides grip on dry forest floor, loose stones, and wet sections without feeling overly aggressive. Additionally, the protection underfoot helps protect against sharp stones and rougher terrain.

It works particularly well over long distances where comfort becomes more important than pure speed. During technical descents, tiring runs, or long hikes, you will notice that the shoe continues to offer control and protection without becoming stiff. Especially on long days, the natural walking feel helps you keep moving in a relaxed manner.

Nice shoes

Great shoes. I've been running in Altra shoes for a few years now, and the Lone Peak is definitely my favorite for the trail. Put them straight into the bag after unpacking and went for a long trail run. They feel great to walk in again. The only minor downside is perhaps that the tongue is a bit thin. Laces You can feel it a little bit if you have many long descents. Not painful, but definitely noticeable.

Nice trailers!

I have been walking on for a while now Altra's. Now the 9+, a good successor to the 8 and the 6 before that. Nice shoes for walking longer distances, but I mainly use them for running through the woods or walking on the beach. Wonderful!

Ideal walking shoe

Lone Peak 9+ Altra has become my hiking shoe. It feels light and comfortable to walk in. Thanks to the good breathable upper layers, the risk of blisters is smaller. The consequence of this is that your feet get wet while hiking in the rain, but the shoe does dry quickly.

The shoes I have always been looking for and have now found. Nice and wide at the toes. Fits perfectly. The 0mm drop takes a kilometer to get used to. After that, I don't want to take them off. In short....great shoe for a run.
