A forest run is a running competition through the forests of Beek. The surface is not paved. The course goes over hilly terrain. A forest run is run over 2 Sundays. Each Sunday a separate classification is made. The winter forest run is held over 2 Sundays, so there is an award ceremony each Sunday. There is no final classification anymore.
