Size advice Compressport
First, a bit of general advice. For socks and non-compression products: choose your normal size.
For compression products: If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Don't worry! You'll still benefit from the compression. Your muscles swell during exercise, and your size should allow for a certain margin to prevent a tourniquet effect and thus restricting blood flow.
Size charts Compressport

Description
Description
Feels light and direct against the skin. The soft, form-fitting fabric follows your movements without chafing, even during longer trail runs or intense training sessions. Ventilating zones help dissipate heat as the pace picks up.
It works particularly well during varying exertion. During climbs, fast sections, and long bursts of effort, you will notice that heat and moisture can escape more easily, while less ventilated zones continue to provide adequate protection. As a result, this base layer is suitable for cool mornings, mountain training, and use under an extra layer.
Provides extra support when you become fatigued. The snug construction around the back helps keep your posture stable during long runs, while maintaining freedom of movement around the shoulders and arms. Choose it if thermoregulation is more important to you than maximum warmth.
Choose this for active use in varying conditions. For easy training in real winter cold, a thicker base layer makes more sense.
