- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Make sure you wear the same socks you would normally wear with these types of shoes.
- Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
- Then ask your friend to draw a line just in front of the longest point of your foot. Repeat this for both feet and choose the longest distance to determine your measurement.
- Use a ruler and measure the distance between the wall and the line you've drawn to find your size. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

The IRock+ is the legendary shoe you know and love, now with a wider fit!
For the IRock+, we designed a new, significantly wider last, making the shoe much roomier than the original versions. There's significantly more room in the toe box and forefoot, while the fit in the heel and midfoot remains just as precise.
The VJ IRock has long been VJ's most aggressive non-metal stud shoe for softer conditions. Its specially designed stud configuration provides optimal grip in slippery conditions while also shedding loose particles that would otherwise remain. The IRock+'s stud configuration is very similar to the original IRock, but the stud surface area is slightly larger. VJ's signature Butyl rubber completes the outsole, giving the IRock its world-renowned grip.

Light and Resilient: The midsole is made of LightEVA, a material that is both light and resilient, making it the perfect choice for this shoe.
Durable and Protective: The mesh upper is made of armored nylon, which is durable and protects the foot on rough terrain and adventures. The IRock+ has a soft heel for added comfort and to prevent chafing.
Aggressive Grip: The Superior Contact outsole is made of specialized rubber and provides grip on all surfaces. Aggressive 5.5mm lugs offer traction in the toughest conditions, while also allowing you to enjoy running on flat surfaces.
