4 regeneration modes & activation of your muscles

The self-massage with the FASCIA GUN is very intuitive. This means you can best sense where your tissue needs attention. During use, you can choose from four different vibration settings. During product development, we ensured that two settings are below 30 Hz. These are primarily suitable for regeneration, gently loosening tense muscles and simply treating yourself to a soothing massage in between. Settings 3 and 4 are primarily designed to activate your muscles and are therefore the perfect preparation for your workout.

Position 1: Relax Mode

20 Hz; 1200 r/min (3-4 minutes per body part) )

Relax mode runs at a very low vibration frequency. Ideal for relaxing and regenerating. Perfect for rest breaks or before bed. Always use this setting with light pressure.

Stand 2: Post Exercise Mode

28.3 Hz; 1700 r/min (2-3 minutes per body part)

The second setting, post-exercise mode, is ideal for cooling down and preventing muscle soreness after an intense workout. The vibration can improve blood circulation and desensitize painful areas. This supports your recovery.

Stand 3: Pre-Excercise Mode

45 Hz; 2700 r/min (30 seconds - 2 minutes per body part)&

The pre-exercise mode is designed to prepare you for exercise. This frequency can improve blood flow, tissue fluid, and tissue quality. This allows for greater mobility without compromising performance. The risk of injuries can be reduced.

Stand 4: Pro Mode

53.3 Hz; 3200 r/min (30-60 seconds per body part)

Not suitable for sensitive individuals. The high-intensity pro mode can be used, for example, for large muscle groups, such as the thighs or glutes. Use the pro mode before training or competition.

SILICONE BALL

Suitable for full-body massage. Combines perfectly with the relaxation mode. The silicone material provides sufficient grip on the skin to massage the desired area.

SILICONE FORK

Perfect for massaging parallel muscle strands, the area around the Achilles tendon or the upper part of the trapezius muscle.

SILICONE TRIGGER

The attachment for selective trigger point massage with vibration. Helps loosen localized hard tissue and adhered fascia.

METAL FLAT

For use all over the body. Gliding metal material for smoothing movements over clothing or skin. Can be used with massage oil.
