Ronhill Tech Winter Primaloft Hoodie Women

This hoodie feels light, soft, and airy, despite the heat. The open structure lets air and moisture through, so you don't feel bundled up. The thumbholes and elasticated sleeves and waist keep everything in place, and the hood protects your head and neck.

It performs best on cold days when you keep moving. Think of a winter endurance run in the Veluwe, a cold morning in the Amsterdamse Bos, or a long run at a varying pace. If you start sweating on a climb, you will notice the difference: the heat and moisture escape to the outside, whereas a fleece quickly makes you clammy. If your pace drops or you stop for a moment, you still stay warm. You wear it on its own or under a jacket, and you regulate the ventilation with the zipper.

If in doubt, check the weather. The fabric is open and breathable, so you will need a jacket over it in strong winds or rain. In mild temperatures, it quickly becomes too warm. If you are looking for a warm, airy layer for cold runs, this is a good choice.

In short: a warm, breathable layer for cold runs, with a jacket over it for wind and rain.
