Without hair, a good hat is essential. Knitted hats often 'steam' with sweat while walking, and therefore quickly become itchy. The material is therefore important. Inov-8 came up with the Race Elite Beanie. And as a fan of Inov-8, I wanted to try it.

The first test was in dry weather and a lot of wind. Because the wind does not go through the fabric, you do not suffer from the windchill factor! My head stayed nice and warm. The second test it even rained 'horizontally' because of the wind! Now the hat had to prove its worth! Because with a bald head in this weather, a red, tight, very painful skin always develops. Despite the fact that it is not waterproof, the wind still did not come through the fabric. So despite the fact that it gets wet, the temperature does drop, only the wind still has no effect on it, so that I hardly suffered from the cold and the wind.
