Description

Rapid replenishment of electrolytes. The Electro Bytes provide sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium in a compact chew that you can use without drinking or mixing.

Handy during long periods of exertion. They are suitable for marathons, trail runs, ultras, and hot training days when you lose a lot of fluids and salts. You particularly notice the benefit of quick replenishment when cramps start to set in or after long climbs.

Easy to carry. The individual chews make it easy to take exactly the amount you need on the go. This is practical when a sports drink is not available or inconvenient.

Unsure? Choose this one if you mainly want to replenish electrolytes. For extra energy or a lot of carbohydrates, an energy gel or energy bar is a better choice.

Great taste and good contents

Great taste and good content. They are slightly larger than the Fastchews. The values stated on the front of the packaging are for two pieces.

Thanks Maartje for the good and useful review!

Just not too salty to be impossible to swallow

Not quite too salty to be impossible to swallow, but taking it with water is definitely the best. Anecdotal proof that it works: I took it regularly during my last long trail (Dolomiti di Brenta 64k) and cramping stayed away. So I’ll be taking it with me more often!
