How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Description
Description
Made for technical trails with plenty of variety. The Speedgoat 7 feels stable and secure on rocky terrain, loose stones, and wet sections where grip really counts. The shoe responds more directly than previous versions and keeps the running feel lively, even during long runs.
Excellent control on challenging terrain. The outsole grips well on wet stones, muddy turns, and steep descents without feeling nervous. You particularly notice how predictable and stable the shoe remains when you tire on technical sections.
Comfort for long days outdoors. The upper fits better around the foot without becoming tight or warm and helps keep dirt and stones out during rough trails. The forefoot moves naturally, making the shoe feel less stiff over longer distances.
If you mainly run fast forest routes or many stretches of asphalt, lighter and more flexible trail shoes are often a better choice.
