A small and compact first aid kit for hikers. The kit has a special patch on the back for attaching to your belt or backpack. The Runner contains basic first aid items such as bandages, adhesive bandages, and a suture bandage, as well as blister plasters, blood lancets, and alcohol wipes that are necessary for possible injuries to feet or ankles while hiking.

If, due to circumstances, you cannot immediately access adequate medical assistance, this can lead to dangerous situations. Therefore, you must ensure you have the right supplies with you. A compact and user-friendly first aid kit has been developed for every travel destination or activity, complete with a doctor's certificate if necessary. If you are traveling to a country without a risk of Hepatitis B/HIV, primarily European countries, a (blue-red) First Aid Kit. A sterile kit (orange-fluorescent Yellow is absolutely recommended if you are visiting countries with a risk of Hepatitis B/HIV. These include Africa, South America, and Asia—in short, the (sub)tropics.
