Refilling is easy on the go. The wide opening makes filling and cleaning easy, while the hose can be disconnected without the reservoir immediately emptying. Especially at aid stations or quick stops, you notice that you don't have to fiddle with your hydration system as much.

Drinking remains practical while running. The self-sealing drinking valve helps limit leaks, and the reservoir can be turned inside out after use to dry better. However, check beforehand whether your vest has sufficient space and a suitable attachment for a reservoir.
