At Spanish brand Buff, almost all products are one size. For example, the neck warmers, which we often call a "Buff," are available in one size, except for children's models. Buff does use two sizes for its caps. You can find out which one you need in the size chart below.
It's best to measure your head with a tape measure around the thickest point. Don't hold it too tight.

Plenty of warmth in a short design. The soft fleece fits comfortably around the neck and creates less excess fabric than a longer neck warmer. As a result, it remains compact and easy to wear during cold runs.
Designed for low temperatures. It comes into its own especially during winter trail runs, easy endurance runs, and training in snow or cold wind. At higher intensity or in mild winter weather, the insulation can quickly become too warm.
You notice the warmth especially when your pace drops. During long climbs, stretches of walking, or breaks, the fleece helps prevent your neck from cooling down quickly. At the same time, moisture is wicked away from the skin during exertion.
Choose this short version for warmth around the neck. If you want more wearing options as a hat or balaclava, choose a longer BUFF.
