Description

Two light sources for changing conditions. The white light lets you see far ahead on descents and open mountain paths. The warm light gives more contrast and less glare in fog, rain or snow. Each light has its own button, so you never have to fumble around in the dark.

Built for the long night. On the middle setting you get through an entire night section of an ultra. If the battery does run low, you swap it in seconds for a spare from your vest. Especially after midnight, when you get tired and place your feet less precisely, you notice how much calm a bright, steady beam gives you.

Stays put on your head. You adjust the headband with one hand using a dial, even with gloves on. A button lock stops the lamp from switching on in your vest, and the emergency whistle is already on the band.

Mostly running short loops in the park? Then this is more lamp than you need. For nights in the mountains, you're in good hands.

Frequently asked questions

Which battery is included and can I carry a spare?

It comes with a rechargeable Fenix 18650 battery (3,400 mAh) that you charge via the USB-C port on the lamp (cable included). The battery is swappable, so with a second one you keep going without a break. In an emergency the lamp also runs on 2 CR123A batteries.

What's the difference between the white and the warm light?

White goes up to 1,600 lumens and 170 metres: maximum visibility ahead. Warm white goes up to 800 lumens and gives more contrast and less glare in fog, rain and snow. Many runners also find the warm light easier on the eyes during long nights.

How long does the HM65R-T V2.0 last?

According to Fenix: 3 hours at 1,600 lumens, 12 hours at 400 lumens, 24 hours at 130 lumens and 300 hours on eco (5 lumens warm light). If the lamp gets too hot, it automatically steps down a level.

What's new in the V2.0?

The V2.0 has a white and a warm light source instead of spot and flood, a roomier SPORT headband with an improved dial and an emergency whistle on the band. It is also waterproof to IP68 and withstands a 2-metre drop.

Zeer functioneel

Vanochtend vroeg eerste trail gelopen met de Fenix , ik loop al heel lang met een Petzl reactive wat opvalt is dat de Fenix een betere pasvorm heeft en makkelijk aan te passen is met de draaiknop en makkelijk is te bedienen
Grootste voordeel tov de Petzl is de levensduur van de batterij op 400 lummen ongeveer 11 uur dat is meer dan voldoende om de nacht door te komen.
Ook het beschikken over wit en warm wit light is een groot voordeel zeker met de mist van vandaag.
De SOS stand, het nood fluitje en de reflecterende hoofdband is ook goed over nagedacht.
Conclusie zeer goede Hoofdlamp hoge lichtopbrengst tot 1600 lummen met veel keuze mogelijkheden van licht intenties

Top product! Heel erg veel licht als je het nodig mocht hebben. En ook wat milder warmer licht voor hele lange trails. Deze versie is ook wat beter dan mijn vorige waar het onduidelijk was welke draai dop je moest nemen om de batterij te vervangen waardoor die uiteindelijk kapot ging. Zeker een aanrader!
