This is the sock for long runs and aggressive hikes on rough terrain. Our toesock design minimizes friction between the toes to prevent blisters, allows the toes to spread naturally, and lets you use your entire foot on narrow, uneven paths. The length of the sock runs high to seal off debris, and a band under the foot arch provides extra support. COOLMAX® fibers and a mesh top keep the feet dry and cool, nylon fibers provide durability and lightweight cushioning protects your feet.

Most socks from the American Injinji are unisex. In addition, there are a number of specific women's models and a single specific men's model. For convenience, we use the shoe size for the products themselves, so you don't actually have to look at the size.
If you are in doubt about the size, take the smaller one. If they are too roomy you will have a piece of fabric left at the toes and that is less comfortable. You can also measure your feet and look at the number of centimeters.
